Cruel Gamer collects only what is needed to operate accounts, community features, moderation, security, and member-controlled notifications.
We process your verified email and optional name from the sign-in provider, your player tag and profile, posts, replies, messages, group memberships, subscriptions, uploads, reports, privacy choices, moderation history, and security events.
Information is used to provide the community, enforce private-group access, deliver requested notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, respond to legal requests, and maintain backups and audit records.
Your verified email is not shown publicly. Other members may see your player tag, display name, profile details you provide, public posts, and group-specific content when they share access. Direct messages remain limited to participants and authorized safety review.
Records are retained while needed for the service, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Cruel Gamer uses access controls, rate limits, audit trails, upload quarantine, and secure transport, but no online service can promise perfect security.
The member center lets you control messages, online visibility, group invitations, mentions, and notification preferences. You can download a portable account export and submit privacy or content-removal requests.
Submit privacy questions or deletion requests through the request center. Identity verification may be required before sensitive requests are completed.
