These terms explain the ground rules for using Cruel Gamer. They are a practical launch draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a large public release.
Community content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Cruel Gamer a limited license to host, display, process, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate the community. Do not upload material you lack the right to share.
Acceptable use
Harassment, credible threats, exploitation, doxxing, malware, fraud, coordinated spam, hate directed at protected groups, sexual content involving minors, and attempts to defeat security controls are prohibited.
Moderation and appeals
Content may be limited or removed and accounts may be warned, suspended, or blocked. Members can appeal eligible warnings from the member center. Staff decisions and role changes are recorded for accountability.
Service changes and availability
Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. We work to protect and preserve the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, perfect security, or that all member content will remain available forever.
